Position: Permanent, Full-time
We are working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to grow its specialist Planning Law team. They are seeking a Planning Solicitor of any level of experience, the starting point is someone with a genuine interest in developing a Planning Law specialism and handling high-value and complex planning matters.
The Role
* Provide advice on planning and development projects, including infrastructure agreements, appeals, statutory challenges, and enforcement matters.
* Work across a varied caseload supporting developers, landowners, local authorities, and other clients.
* Build strong client relationships and actively contribute to the growth of the planning practice.
* Provide practical, solutions-focused advice while working independently and collaboratively within the team.
The Right Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with Planning Law experience, whether in local government or private practice.
* Strong communication, commercial awareness, and client management skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage a varied and high-profile caseload.
* Keen to consolidate or develop a Planning Law specialism and contribute to a growing team.
