NATS, a prominent presence in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a skilled Test Manager on a contract basis to oversee test management of projects and ensure testing meets necessary criteria, enabling the issuance of a Verification of Successful Testing Certificate. Key Responsibilities: Manage testing across various project stages, ensuring all tests meet defined entry and exit criteria. Create, review, and approve checklists for each testing stage in collaboration with NATS Project Management. Record test execution details, including tester information, completion dates, and outcomes. Ensure all test evidence is recorded in appropriate formats as agreed with the Project Manager. Oversee defect management, including recording, updating, and closure. Create and manage a traceability matrix for testing against requirements. Review and improve IS test methodology and processes to ensure successful project delivery. Support and contribute to IS on all aspects of testing, including the creation and management of test scripts.
