Risk Management Platform Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented H&S Risk Management Platform Lead to oversee and enhance our Health & Safety (H&S) Compliance Data platform across the UK & Ireland. This key role will ensure the effective operation, administration, and continuous improvement of our Risk Management Platform (RMP), supporting cross-functional teams and promoting a seamless user experience. You'll act as the central point of contact for all RMP-related data, performance, and support activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and contributing to the overall success of our H&S compliance strategy.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. H&S Risk Management Platform Lead for the UK & Ireland across all elements of the business relative to H&S Compliance Data
2. Working with management & regional teams to ensure the RMP is maintained effectively in terms of User Management; working cross functionally across business teams to ensure the RMP maintains accuracy and effective user experience
3. Creating & Managing user accounts; Supervisor privileges; Roles; Archiving/disabling user accounts; Notification settings; Re-assigning tasks; Adding org units; Renaming org units; Moving org units; Disabling/deleting org units (data re-assignment); Org unit defaults (assignees, approvers etc); Org group
4. Ensure workflows within RMP & controls are designed appropriately, liaise with all stakeholders internally for the RMP and manage change control activities
5. Perform Data validation; bulk uploading & testing through-out the year to validate RMP effectiveness and continued accuracy
6. Perform RMP administration activities relative to maintain the Settings Controls relative to Home page; contact support message; Reminders; Reviews; Approvals; Status Ratings
7. Collaborate on group on RMP project teams to ensure changes & modifications to the platform are appropriately considered; rolled out and communicated
8. Perform Module working administration activities relative to Searching; Filtering; Quick Reports; Insights+ reporting.
9. Caption maintenance; Managing picklists; Reference Maintenance; Risk Matrix; Email Templates; Notifications; Action Templates; Automatic Actions; iQ Templates; Managing portal content; Questionnaire configuration
10. Focal point for Data validation, Performance & Analytical reporting from the RMP within the UK & Ireland
11. Develop & support eLearning materials and communication materials relative to the RMP, provide helpdesk support nationally
Experience/Qualifications:
12. Experience managing a Risk Management Platform (or similar system) in a compliance-driven environment
13. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional leadership to ensure system accuracy and usability
14. Strong experience in system user administration including creating, modifying, disabling accounts, assigning roles, and maintaining organisational unit structures
15. Experience in managing platform workflows, notification settings, approval hierarchies, and default user assignments
16. Familiarity with platform settings management (e.g. homepage controls, reminders, approvals, status ratings, support messages)
17. Skilled in performing regular data validation, bulk uploads, and testing activities to ensure data integrity
18. Involvement in change control processes and cross-functional project teams for platform updates and enhancements
19. Proficiency in using platform features such as advanced searching, filtering, quick reporting, and Insights+ reporting tools
20. Experience maintaining system references such as picklists, risk matrices, templates, email notifications, and questionnaires
21. Comfortable providing data performance analysis and reporting for key stakeholders across the UK & Ireland
22. Capable of developing user training and eLearning content, as well as delivering helpdesk support on a national scale
23. Strong problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset with attention to detail
24. Excellent communication skills to manage user support and change communications effectively
