Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £115 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

A welcoming and supportive school in Sheffield is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities.
* Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
* Help manage behaviour positively and effectively.
* Assist with planning, preparing resources, and adapting materials for learning needs.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Track and report on pupil progress as directed by the teacher or SENCO.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and development of all pupils.
Requirements:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience supporting children in a school setting.
* A caring, flexible, and proactive approach to classroom support.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to inclusive education.
* Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
