The Met's Rejoiners pathway is designed to support ex-officers, with valuable skills and experience, who have resigned from service within the last 5 years and wish to return to policing. The pathway allows for experienced police officers from Home Office police services to join or re-join the Met. The opportunity : We are interested in receiving applications from previous experienced officers who have left their role as an officer and would like to return to a career in policing by rejoining the Metropolitan Police Service. Eligibility To re-join you will need to meet the below eligibility criteria Have a 3-year sickness absence record that complies with our Attendance Management Selection Criteria, Be fully operational, Passed probation in a UK Home Office Force, Police Scotland or PSNI, and Have UK Home Office Force, Police Scotland or PSNI policing experience within the last 5 years.
