The pathway allows for experienced police officers from Home Office police services to join or re-join the Met. Eligibility To re-join you will need to meet the below eligibility criteria Have a 3-year sickness absence record that complies with our Attendance Management Selection Criteria, Be fully operational, Passed probation in a UK Home Office Force, Police Scotland or PSNI, and Have UK Home Office Force, Police Scotland or PSNI policing experience within the last 5 years.
