What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own caseload of sales and purchase transactions from start to finish
* Handling lease extensions and remortgages (if experienced - not essential)
* Working with a supportive, approachable team who care about doing things properly
* Using streamlined case management systems that make your life easier
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced in running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancer with strong knowledge
* Comfortable using tech and case management systems
* Organised, proactive and able to work at pace without cutting corners
