Salary: Up to £24,000/annum (£28,800/annum OTE) + Hybrid car + Incentives + Discounts
Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends, just happy pets!)
Territory: Scotland & Cumbria (Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Falkirk and surrounding areas)
Are you a results-driven sales person with a passion for pets? Powerforce is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our dedicated Nestle Purina team in Scotland. You will represent a world-leading pet care brand, working to ensure their high-quality, nutritious products are visible and available to pet lovers everywhere.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) where you will manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and work across retail and wholesale sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail, wholesale, and independent stores across your territory.
2. Use sales data, industry insights, and your experience to deliver compelling pitches, secure stock orders, and increase sales of the Purina portfolio.
3. Enhance the brand presence and drive sales through effective merchandising, including strategic placement of Point of Sale displays and FSDUs.
4. Train and educate in-store staff, empowering them to become confident advocates for the Purina brand and its products.
5. Effectively plan your routes and manage your schedule to achieve and exceed KPIs.

What We're Looking For:
11. Held a Full UK Driving License for a minimum of 12 months
12. Excellent communication, negotiations, and relationship building skills
13. Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales is a plus
14. Highly motivated and organised individual who can work autonomously
15. A genuine love for animals and an interest in pet wellbeing.
