JustOT are looking to recruit a Senior Social Services Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Herefordshire.
The pay for this position is GBP36 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and must be HCPC registered.
Job Description:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist you will work as part of a wider team with scope to practice with a diverse service user group and within a variety of rural, town, village and city settings. You will have supervisory responsibility for a small group of Occupational Therapy staff and maintain a small case load of complex cases. You will need strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and be committed to ongoing staff and service development. x200B;
Due to our wide range of enablement services, we encourage specialism practitioner roles in Moving and Handling, Adaptations, Technology Enabled Living and Equipment and Clinical Lead for our Community Equipment Store. As Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist you will have the duty of dealing with daily referral enquiries, undertaking audits, attendance at regular stakeholder meetings. You will have responsibility for supervising, mentoring staff, students and managing performance, maintaining professional, organisational standards and championing key professional specialisms.
