Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant seeking a fresh opportunity in a newly established setting?
A high-performing Trust is opening new nursery provisions in Bexley this September, as part of a major national investment into early years education. Based within established Primary Schools, these settings are designed to improve access to high-quality childcare and support children from the very start of their education.
This is a shift-based role, working 6.5 hours per day on a rotating weekly pattern: 6:30am1:30pm and 12:30pm7:30pm.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the delivery of a safe and engaging learning environment
* Assist with play-based activities that promote early development
* Encourage childrens language, communication, and social skills
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards
Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant - We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Has experience working within a nursery setting
* Understands the EYFS framework and child development
* Has a clear understanding of safeguarding procedures
* Is reliable and committed to high-quality Early Years provision
