Day to day, the role will include carrying out property searches, dealing with Land Registry applications, preparing and drafting residential sale documentation using precedents, managing post-completion formalities, submitting SDLT returns, assisting with lender enquiries and refinances, and preparing financial statements. You’ll also support with file opening, AML processes, engagement letters, diary management and wider team administration, playing a key role in keeping matters running smoothly. The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have completed an LLB or GDL, with LPC or SQE being advantageous. Previous experience in a busy residential property team is preferred, along with a genuine interest in property law. You’ll be organised, detail-focused, calm under pressure and comfortable working closely with multiple fee earners in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a residential paralegal looking to join a highly regarded firm, gain exposure to premium work and be part of a supportive, professional team where quality and client service really matter.
