We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12–15 month assignment. This role requires a strong, resilient professional with exceptional influencing skills and the ability to stand their ground while partnering with senior stakeholders.
Your new role
1. Lead onplex Employee Relations (ER) cases with confidence and authority.
2. Manage challenging issues such as sickness absence.
3. Drive strategic initiatives to develop and advance the HR team, going beyond day-to-day operations.
4. Support digitisation and process improvements; ability to learn quickly and implement change.
5. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent firefighting.
6. Act as a trusted advisor with amercial mindset, ensuring HR solutions align with business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in HRBP roles, with strong ER expertise.
9. Resilient and confident, able to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.

12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
