Are you a proactive and skilled data enthusiast? If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic Consumer Roadside division! In this exciting role, you'll dive into a variety of data sources, mining large datasets to uncover insights that drive initiatives, improvements, and cost savings.
With your expertise in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, you'll transform complex information into clear, actionable insights that enhance customer experience and boost business performance. Your problem-solving skills will help you identify trends, resolve issues, and discover opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Plus, you'll create engaging reports and visuals to share your findings with both technical and non-technical teams.
We’re looking for someone who loves to explore data, spot patterns, and turn numbers into compelling stories that make a real impact!
What You Will Do...
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making within the division.
* Create reports, dashboards, and visuals to effectively communicate findings to relevant teams and decision-makers.
* Develop automated processes for data scraping and streamline data collection methods.
* Proactively seek ways to support business objectives and identify improvements.
* Maintain accurate records and document processes to share learnings with the wider team.
* Support ongoing processes, continuously looking for ways to improve and streamline.
What You Will Need...
* Proven experience in data mining using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
* Strong analytical skills with a knack for detail.
* Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively.
