Reporting to the Principal Operations Manager within SDA 6, this role will require you to manage the delivery and assurance of all reactive and programmed maintenance, and Billable Works on site, ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met.
This role will see you oversee the delivery of Reactive & Programmed maintenance on the Establishment to ensure Key Performance indicators are met and tasks are completed to a standard that meets the contractual 'First Time Fix' requirements, undertake programmed maintenance inspections and assurance activities, provide technical support and advice as required to DIO and HoE representatives and review all Inspection Reports and certification raising the necessary Remedial tasking and SONs for work.
You will also work closely with Mobile APs to ensure that all applicable works conform to the requirements of JSP 375, identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption on site and initiate Billable Works as appropriate by the raising of Statements of Need, manage FGas and waste compliance within the establishment, support the Line Manager in providing optimal solutions to customer requirements including acting as single point of contact to resolve end user issues, and ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
You will be required to be trained to become an Authorised Person for Confined Spaces and Working @ Height
What You Need To Do The Job
First and foremost, you should be an experienced hard FM maintenance manager from a planned/reactive maintenance background.
Technical qualifications such as Mechanical/Electrical Engineering would be an advantage, but are not essential.
It is more important that you are a competent people manager, from a planned/reactive maintenance background with experience of managing KPIs, reporting, and IOSH knowledge.
You must hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this role, as well as be able to pass SC Clearance.
