This is a demanding role; you'll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle and you see them take real steps toward transforming their life, its a great feeling.
About the Role:
You will support a caseload of service users that may be due to be released from prison, recently released from prison, serving a suspended sentence, or on community orders. Based out of local probation offices, you will be meeting with service users in their local community, to support them with accessing social groups, healthcare, and various appointments.
