This senior role will drive strategy, oversee managing agents, and ensure our communities are maintained to the highest standards. Working closely with Legal, Development, Technical, Sales, and Customer Service teams, you’ll provide expert estate management insight throughout the development lifecycle. You'll lead on service charge budgets, ensure compliance with housing and safety legislation, and be the key liaison for residents and external stakeholders.
