As a Senior HR Advisor, youll be a trusted partner to the HR Business Partner and a key driver of engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
Youll lead the site HR team, support strategic initiatives, and step up in the HRBPs absence to ensure continuity and consistency.
What Youll Do Champion the Group People Strategy and support site-wide HR initiatives.
Lead and coach the HR team to deliver high-impact results.
Advise on employee relations, policy application, and union engagement.
Oversee absence management, HR systems, and compliance reporting.
Drive performance, learning, and development across the site.
Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and well-being.
What Youll Bring Proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience leading or mentoring a team.
CIPD qualified (or working towards).
A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for people.
