Head Chef – Luxury Hospitality Venue

Salary: £50,000 per annum

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary operation at a prestigious luxury hospitality destination.

We are seeking a talented and passionate chef with a proven background in high-end hotels, luxury resorts, private estates, or fine dining establishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding food experiences across both à la carte dining and banqueting operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong banqueting and events experience, delivering high-quality food at scale.
• Proven ability to create and execute premium menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent leadership, training, and kitchen management skills.
• Strong understanding of food cost control, stock management, and kitchen compliance.
• A passion for exceptional guest experiences and culinary excellence.
