What will you do?
* Lead the recruitment drive for casual team members across all our UK stadiums
* Assist the talent acquisition team with direct sourcing for part-time and full-time roles throughout all UK sites
* Liaise with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers, and the People Team at each stadium to establish team member needs
* Support collaboration with the Innovation Center to ensure appropriate advertisements are created for prioritised roles
* Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures to maintain consistency with Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
* No degree or experience required
* Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, organisation, accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, proactive independent working, teamwork and collaboration, working well under pressure, and written and verbal communication
Physical requirements
* Ability to travel and work at identified Stadiums
