 
        
        UK IFM Delivery Manager
Leonardo – Permanent, Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level, Hybrid in the UK.
As the UK IFM Delivery Manager, you will lead the planning, delivery and operational performance of outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across Leonardo Electronics (LEUK) and Leonardo Cyber (LCUK) estates. Reporting to the UK IFM Manager, you will interface across the UK and participate in the IFM leadership team.
What you’ll do
 * Accountable for the consistency of IFM service delivery across the LEUK and LCUK estates.
 * Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 elements of the IFM Operational Excellence (OpEx) Model.
 * Develop policy, author IFM‑related procedures and guidance.
 * Represent the LEUK / LCUK FM function in cross‑functional teams and governance forums.
 * Provide IFM expertise to support business objectives.
 * Ensure statutory and contractual compliance of IFM partners through audit programmes.
 * Lead innovation and continuous improvement activities.
 * Assist in developing and managing the annual IFM budget.
 * Shape and deliver frameworks for asset lifecycle planning and capital forecasting.
 * Manage handover for small to medium infrastructure/asset projects and subsequent change control.
 * Drive Net Zero and sustainability metrics via utilities and BMS management.
 * Lead new site set‑up, contract mobilisation and transformation projects.
 * Input into strategic KPIs, CPIs and performance dashboards.
 * Lead IFM input to audits, ISO accreditations and business continuity initiatives.
What you bring
 * Demonstrated high‑performance experience in IFM management in a complex, technical, multi‑stakeholder organisation.
 * IWFM membership and a professional FM qualification.
 * 5+ years in facilities/asset management, compliance and auditing.
 * Proven leadership in supplier performance management and stakeholder engagement.
 * Strategic and tactical thinking with influence at senior levels.
 * Knowledge of UK FM legislative frameworks (H&S, environment, estates) and a safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH).
 * Project delivery experience for small works.
 * Experience drafting policy, SOPs and guidance documentation.
 * Ability to represent FM at senior/strategic forums.
 * Additional – defense / high‑security environment experience; high‑tech manufacturing experience.
Security clearance
Pre‑employment screening will be conducted in line with the UK Government’s BPSS and may require NSV, SC or DV.
