The Motorsport Competence Group (Team ROWE RACING) is seeking a motivated and flexible race team mechanic for our headquarters in Luton, Bedfordshire, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and prepare GT cars to required specifications
* Build and prepare car sub-assemblies
* Prepare car support equipment
* Participate in pit stops, ensuring precision and speed
Qualifications:
* Passion for motorsport and competition
* Automotive mechatronics engineer or similar technical degree
* Motorsport experience is desirable but not mandatory
* Independent, reliable, and able to work under pressure
* Willingness to work weekends and travel
* Team spirit
* English and German language skills are desirable
