We are looking for an Apprentice 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity; providing 1st line technical support to clients.
* Troubleshooting and fixing technical faults and issues.
* Responding to client queries and service requests.
* Assisting with user rights, passwords, and accounts.
* Handling basic security administration.
* Diagnosing issues and explaining technical details clearly.
* Occasional onsite visits to clients when needed.
Our ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and have a keen interest in various technologies, using these skills to troubleshoot and deliver five-star solutions that keep our clients happy!

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Completion of secondary education suitable for an apprentice, and enrollment (or willingness to enroll) in the Information Communication Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
* Basic knowledge of Windows desktop, application support, mobile devices, and tablets.
* Basic understanding of business technologies.
* Keen interest in technology.
* An understanding of how learning translates into real-life situations.
* Excellent fluency in English to clearly explain complex technical issues.
