Pay: £130 – £233.63 per day (dependent on experience)

About the School Join a thriving, inclusive specialist school in South Bristol, supporting students aged 4–19 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including ASC, PMLD, and SLD.
The school delivers a bespoke, child-centred curriculum designed to help every learner achieve their full potential. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists and education professionals dedicated to nurturing both academic and personal development.
The Role – Secondary SEND Teacher We’re looking for a passionate and adaptable SEND Teacher to lead a Key Stage 3 class of 8 inspiring learners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering personalised learning experiences tailored to each student’s needs.
Working closely with a team of LSAs, OTs, SALTs, and physiotherapists.
Promoting inclusion, engagement, and emotional well-being throughout the school.
Using creative and flexible teaching strategies to support academic and personal growth. Applications are welcome from both primary and secondary trained teachers.

Competitive pay: £130 – £233.63 per day (DOE). Requirements
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs/NQTs encouraged to apply.
Experience supporting students with SEN (particularly SEMH, PMLD, or complex needs).
Creative, flexible, and empathetic teaching approach.
Ability to provide two recent references.
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through anzuk). Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role. You must have valid Right to Work in the UK.
