Location: EC2V 7QP.
Salary: £40,000 per annum for 40 hours per week plus 1.5 overtime and additional client bonus
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 8/9am to 4/5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
* Lead and manage a team of 6-10pax
* Provide ongoing support and development for staff.
Planning and Execution:
* Develop and implement catering event plans, including menus, timelines, and logistics.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
* Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
* Manage food and beverage production, ensuring quality and consistency
Financial Management:
* Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
* Monitor financial performance and identify strategies to maximise revenue.
Client Service and Relations:
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
* Ensure high-quality food and service to meet guest expectations within function spaces which include 20 meeting rooms, auditorium space for 350pax, terrace space for 200pax
* Maintain relationships with clients
Our Idea Candidate:
* We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager from B&I workplaces or within hotels to run our hospitality department and launch a brand new suite
* This is an exciting position for a people focussed manager who is keen to work in a lovely environment and work with cross functional departments such as reception, cleaning
* We are looking for a hands on manager to lead from the front
