The Role: We are looking for a creative and organised Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. You'll produce high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting campaigns and brand development while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality visual content for a range of marketing outputs, including social media assets, brochures, presentations, signage, and web graphics Work as part of the Marketing Team, contributing to campaign planning, brand development, and day-to-day creative support Collaborate with other teams inside and outside the business, such as Sales, retailers and external marketing agencies to deliver cohesive, on-brand visual materials Ensure all creative work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all platforms Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain and organise a central library of design assets for efficient and consistent team use Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas into the business. What makes you our ideal candidate: Marketing experience, ideally coupled with a Graphic Design qualification Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – essential) A portfolio that demonstrates design work across both print and digital formats Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to communicate and present design ideas confidently to non-design stakeholders Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on a creative brief from concept to delivery. Experience with Figma, Canva or similar design collaboration tools Previous exposure to web design, app design, or UX/UI projects Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a bonus (but not essential) Can do attitude and a desire to learn and be involved in all aspects of marketing Highly organised, process driven and have attention to detail.
