Job Description:
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Rebridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
* Promote independence, confidence, and emotional regulation.
* Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with autism is a plus.
* Patience, resilience, and a compassionate approach to support.
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff and follow guidance.
