Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Guiding customers through financial processes and procedures
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Continuously improving service procedures, policies and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
* A customer-oriented approach with a passion for assisting others
* Experience within financial services would be advantageous
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
