Are you passionate about putting the ‘human’ in Human Resources? We’re looking for an experienced HR Adviser with a strong background in employee relations to join our HR Operations team. This is a HR generalist role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring our policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This is an exciting opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in the implementation of our HRIS and supporting managers and employees across of areas of HR. What will I do in the role? Support implementation of HRIS Provide 1st & 2nd line HR support to managers and employees Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK legislation Support managers within the recruitment process Maintain accurate HR records, producing reports for management Participate or lead in HR projects such as process improvement Administrate payroll monthly activities What do I need? Strong administration skills Implementation or exposure to HRIS Previous experience in HR and understanding of employment law Experience in ER case management and improving HR metrics - beneficial Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels Attention to detail and accuracy A collaborative team player as well as able to work alone Able to deal with change effectively Able to demonstrate empathy and apply policy Why work for us?
