Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily venue operations Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during service across restaurants, bars, and events Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and pace Training, coaching, and developing team members to grow skills and confidence Managing guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care Supporting rota planning, labour control, stock management, and admin tasks Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service What Do You Need? Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality-led hospitality venue Strong leadership presence, communication abilities, and a hands-on approach Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy service A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and guest experience Confidence managing standards, staffing, and daily operations What Do We Offer?
