Job Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for representing Haivision’s technology portfolio in the assigned sales region.
The Sales Director will collaborate with other Account Executives based in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts and clients within the assigned territory.
2. Develop regionally focused business plans in collaboration with end users and partners such as integrators, resellers, and other stakeholders.
3. Represent Haivision products within the broadcast, AV, and enterprise industries by working with broadcast and AV integrators, resellers, and partners.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
5. Participate in international and regional trade shows to promote Haivision solutions.
6. Become a Haivision brand ambassador capable of demonstrating and explaining our technology and products to key decision makers.
7. Establish long-term relationships with end-user clients, resellers, partners, and integrators.
8. Coordinate with the Senior Sales Director to set objectives, goals, strategies, and action plans for the territory.
9. Participate in regular calls and meetings to grow the business in the territory and promote the Haivision culture.
10. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution in the UK market.
Technical Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales technical and architectural overviews to partners and customers.
2. Stay informed about industry trends and technological developments affecting target markets, including competitive intelligence.
Reporting:
1. Participate in internal and client meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
2. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and business plans for the territory.
3. Maintain CRM data accurately and daily.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong sales experience within the industry.
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives (COO, CTO, CFO) and technical buyers.
* Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Motivated to achieve objectives and close deals.
