We are looking for a highly accurate, data-focused Ecommerce Data & Content Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our online product catalogue.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. While some product description writing is required, the role is primarily focused on data input, validation, and maintenance, with AI tools and internal guidelines supporting the writing aspect.
The role is based on site in Winsford.
About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input, maintain and update product data using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
2. Manage large datasets with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
3. Carry out product research to ensure all content is relevant, informative, and tailored to the intended audience.
4. Proofread and quality-check product content to ensure 100% accuracy, professional tone, and readability.
5. Create and update accurate and engaging product content, including writing product descriptions and selecting appropriate images using internal guidelines and AI assisted tools.
