About the Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with the Class Teacher to support students on a 1:1 or small group basis. Classes are small (6-10 pupils), creating a nurturing environment focused on life skills and personalised learning. You'll collaborate with SEN TAs, contribute to therapy sessions outlined in students' EHCPs and may occasionally assist with personal care. You'll Support Students With: Autism Speech, Language & Communication Needs Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties Specific Learning Difficulties Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs Physical Disabilities What We're Looking For Experience supporting children or adults with SEN Excellent communication skills Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) The Details Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Location: Gillingham, Kent (ability to travel is a bonus) Pay: £90-£95 per day Interested?
