Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and requires a person who is organised, efficient, and possesses excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Suite and QuickBooks.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Assist with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Maintain an organised system for tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure overall office efficiency.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
* Ability to type quickly and accurately for data entry purposes.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
* Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
