The Role

As a Marine Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing marine outboard engines.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and troubleshoot faults and issues.
2. Install and outfit outboard engines onto boats.
3. Adjust trailers as necessary.
4. Load and unload boats.
5. Offer individualised customer service.
6. Carry out relevant administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Essential:
7. Previous experience working in a similar role.
8. Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience.
9. Possess mechanical experience.
Desirable:
10. Marine industry experience.
11. Background in boat and trailer fit out.
12. Ability to operate a forklift.
13. Strong customer service skills.
14. Capability for occasional heavy lifting.
