Business Development Specialist
Rapidly scaling European SaaS scale-up with private equity investment and huge growth plans!
They need a hands-on outbound sales player/manager.
This person will lead outbound sales from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs and selling to customers across pharmaceutical, biotech and private health.
Career progression to Director level within 3 years

Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:
Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
Hands-on sales. You'll be leading from the front, driving outbound selling.
Building, recruiting and developing your own BDR team
Coaching existing team and helping progress their careers
Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US and Europe
About you

5+ years experience selling in a SaaS/IT solutions company.
Passion for leadership, you may be an experienced or future leader
Proven success in driving outbound sales methodologies that deliver results
Excited to make a difference in a fast growth tech scale up
Helpful if you have knowledge of selling globally
Foreign languages
