Requirements
1. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
3. Experience in heavy engineering industry, power transmission systems, gears and gear box
4. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001)
5. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
6. Proficient in root cause analysis and failure mode analysis techniques.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on team, quality and continuous improvement.
