Job Title: Office Administrator
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week - 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Print orders from websites.
* Type up gift cards and bulk print tickets.
* Book out orders and process them efficiently.
* Answer phones and handle queries with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Take customer orders over the phone.
* Greet and manage click & collect customers at reception.
* Handle returns and manage the dashboard.
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Basic computer proficiency, especially with order processing systems.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
* Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
