How you will contribute
* Act as a visible, trusted lead for health, safety and facilities across Smart DCC workplaces
* Deliver hands-on operational HSE and facilities support, ensuring safe, compliant environments
* Manage workplace risks, incidents and improvements from identification through to resolution
* Partner with Property & Workplace teams, contractors and service providers to maintain high standards
* Drive a positive safety culture, encouraging engagement, reporting and continuous improvement
What youll bring
* Experience in operational health & safety and facilities management within office or multi-site environments
* Strong working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and its practical application
* Proven ability to manage risks, incidents and workplace compliance activities
* Confident communicator who can influence, challenge and build strong working relationships
* Proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
