About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our friendly team, working from the Eastern region and based at our head office in Bedford on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and administer all aspects of the legal process of house sales, ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of key targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a monthly budget and forecast
* Coordinating with legal and financial representatives to facilitate a smooth sales process
* Engaging with estate agents for up-to-date information
* Ensuring delivery of sales contracts within prescribed timescales
* Reporting on progress against forecasts
* Participating in weekly management meetings
* Collaborating with the sales team
About You
* Knowledge of the legal process in house sales
* Experience working with legal terminology
* Proven ability to work with various stakeholders
* Strong planning skills and attention to detail
* Organized, methodical, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
