As part of our Water and Waste business unit (WAW), a global leader in designing and supplying wet and dry waste equipment and freshwater generation solutions for passenger vessels and conventional waste management, you will ensure our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
What You’ll Do
* Evaluate and qualify new suppliers through audits and assessments.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular supplier audits and monitor performance metrics.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, etc.).
* Review and approve supplier quality documentation (PPAPs, FMEAs, control plans).
* Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Champion problem‑solving methodologies like 8D and 5‑Why.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, purchasing, production, and logistics teams.
* Support new product development and supplier readiness.
* Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on supplier quality performance.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in supplier or manufacturing quality engineering.
* Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed.
