An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a leading Manufacturing company based in Rochester Kent.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in providing generalist HR advice and guidance in either FMCG / Retail or Manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
CIPD qualified to at least level 3.
Experience and competence of working in a generalist HR environment including employee relations.
Good problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively and sensitively with a wide range of people.
Skills Needed
1. Strong prior experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Experience of managing formal ER casework
3. Proven ability to hit the ground running and pick up mid-process activities, identify and implement improvements as agreed by the Company
4. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage a large workload under pressure.
