Brownlee Cale are recruiting for a Public Liaison Officer for a reputable construction company overseeing public realm works. The project involves major redevelopment works in a busy public area, designed to enhance infrastructure and improve public spaces. Roles & Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact between the construction team and the public. * Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from residents, local businesses, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate public consultations, briefings, and site visits. * Develop and distribute communication materials explaining the works, timelines, and impacts. * Liaise with local authorities, councils, and community groups. * Monitor public sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement and improvement. Your Experience: * Proven experience in public liaison, communications, community engagement, or a related field—ideally within construction or infrastructure. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). * Confident dealing with a wide range of people and situations. The rate is £220 - £240 p/day on Umbrella PAYE and three day working week. Immediate start
