We are currently recruiting for an Recycling Operative to join our team in Birmingham (B11)
Contract Details:
Pay: NMW / NLW per hour via PAYE
Contract duration- minimum 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM (8-hour day with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Location: Must be able to commute to Birmingham (B11)
Possibility role could lead to a permanent position (TBC)
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out workshop-based IT processes under instruction and supervision
Ensure all items received are recorded accurately and comply with current procedures
Maintain full audit trails throughout all operational processes
Achieve deliverables in line with customer service level agreements
Adhere to all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
Assist relevant teams with stock control and inventory management
Maintain a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar operational role or a smart, adaptable individual willing to be trained
Computer literate and comfortable with basic administrative tasks
Able to pass a DBS check
Strong attention to detail and process compliance
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must be able to commute reliably to Birmingham (B11)
