Key Responsibilities
* Oversee employer engagement strategy, establishing relationships with local and national employers to create job opportunities for service users.
* Manage high-performing teams and deliver impactful employment outcomes.
* Work in fast-paced environments, collaborating effectively with Regional and Area Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery across the region.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in building employer relationships and managing teams.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to undertake relevant training and participate in vetting processes.
* Valid driving license for regional travel.
* Understanding of employment legislation and the judicial process.
* Experience working with disadvantaged groups and in recruitment or publicly funded services.
Benefits
* Salary: £26,351 to £29,944 (dependent on experience).
* 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off.
