We work with SMEs across the south of England, delivering phone systems, connectivity, and IT solutions that genuinely make a difference to how businesses operate. Were looking for a driven, confident telemarketer to join our small but ambitious sales team and help us open doors with new clients.

What youll be doing
* Making outbound calls to SMEs to generate appointments for our sales team.
* Engaging decision‑makers such as business owners, IT managers and office managers.
* Booking qualified appointments and managing follow‑up pipelines.
* Logging activity and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
* Consistently hitting daily and weekly call and booking targets.
What were looking for
* Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, telesales or lead generation.
* Confident, natural telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Resilient and self‑motivated, handle rejection well and bounce back fast.
* Good listener with the ability to identify a genuine business need.
* Experience in telecoms, IT or technology sectors is an advantage but not essential.
