Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Headley for a Studio Manager. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and facilitating effective communication within the studio. Key responsibilities include team leadership, project management, and customer service. The Studio Manager will also engage in sales activities and maintain a collaborative environment to achieve high-quality results.
* Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service.
* Utilise Xero for financial tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
* Maintain organised files and documentation, both physical and digital, using in house management software and Microsoft Office.
* Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence, managing schedules, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism.
* Assist in the planning and execution of studio events, workshops, and client meetings.
* Develop and implement organisational systems to enhance productivity within the studio environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain and add content to the current website and social media platforms
Qualifications
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a creative or studio environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
