A leading real estate investment management organisation is seeking a Facilities Manager to support its Asset Management team across a multi-site portfolio in the South West of England. The role focuses on delivering high operational standards, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and supporting Property Managers in the effective management of assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with statutory, insurance and Health & Safety requirements.
* Support Property Managers with day-to-day operational management across multiple buildings.
* Oversee contractor procurement, performance and service delivery to ensure high levels of occupier satisfaction.
* Manage purchase orders and support adherence to Service Charge budgets.
* Maintain accurate and consistent reporting using internal systems, templates and processes.
* Provide cover for other Facilities Managers when required to ensure continuity of service.
* Contribute to policy implementation and support the development and training of on-site teams.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, building fabric, M&E systems, FM processes and compliance.
* IOSH preferred.
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
* Highly organised with experience managing contractors, budgets and competing priorities.
