Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales, marketing, or media, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce advertising products and services
* Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their marketing needs
* Book appointments for senior sales consultants or close low-value sales directly
* Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity using the CRM system
* Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets
* Follow up on warm leads and respond to incoming sales enquiries
* Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing team to improve outreach
Key Skills & Experience
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* A persuasive and confident phone manner
* Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
* No prior telesales experience necessary – full training will be given
