1. Understanding and representing user needs, ensuring all necessary information related to business problems is available for product teams to develop solutions.
2. Leading change impact assessments to consider all end users affected by any changes.
3. Engaging business stakeholders and guiding them through the change process.
4. Collaborating with the wider product community to build solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
This role involves significant relationship management responsibilities across the business, including within our Team, Train, and Portfolio structure.
Typical Duties include:
1. Supporting business and product changes required by governing bodies such as the FSA to ensure compliance and governance.
2. Providing guidance, support, and best practices to a team of Business Analysts.
3. Gathering and analyzing business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, translating these into actionable insights and solutions.
4. Facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, brainstorm solutions, and drive decision-making.
5. Partnering with team members to design, test, and implement solutions.
6. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
7. Leading and managing regulatory change initiatives.
Qualifications
