We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Revenue & Operations Managers to join our leadership team and drive service excellence, revenue growth and strong client relationships across a diverse multi‑site portfolio. About the Role As a Revenue & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high‑quality facilities management services across your designated area. You will lead a team of managers, oversee multiple revenue streams, and ensure that all services meet contractual, operational and financial targets. This is a fast‑paced, client‑focused role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for: Driving revenue growth and maximising profitability across all units within your remit Managing large and complex P&L accounts, ensuring strong financial performance Building and maintaining productive client relationships to support retention and growth Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service Ensuring compliance with all statutory, corporate and service‑level policies Overseeing the delivery of high‑quality facilities management services Managing escalated client issues and implementing corrective actions where required Delivering projects in a dynamic and evolving environment Producing detailed reports and presenting to a range of stakeholders Supporting civil emergency catering responsibilities when required Essential Experience Proven success managing facilities management services in a commercial multi‑site environment Experience managing large P&L accounts with diverse clients and income streams Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams A track record of building effective client relationships Experience delivering projects in complex, fast‑moving environments Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills Skills & Abilities Strong commercial and financial acumen Ability to manage business performance and KPIs Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills High level of computer literacy Ability to apply employment legislation and policies appropriately Confident working with stakeholders at all levels Please upload your up-to-date CV via the attachments part of your application, this is required for shortlisting.
