About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support the commercial management of designated developments, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with financial targets. Working closely with the Senior Surveying Manager and wider project teams, you will assist with cost control, procurement, valuations, reporting, and contract administration while gaining valuable exposure across all aspects of the commercial function.
